Effective Date: February 13, 2026

By hiring County Grounds & Co., Inc. (\"Contractor\"), the client (\"Customer\") agrees to the following terms:

SERVICES PROVIDED: Landscaping, property maintenance, and snow management details will be in written estimates.
ESTIMATES & APPROVAL: Customer approval is required before services begin.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment is due upon completion, with deposits for larger projects. Late payments may incur charges.
SCHEDULING: Service dates may change due to weather, equipment availability, or emergencies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Three (3) business days’ notice is required to cancel scheduled work.
SNOW & ICE MANAGEMENT: Service begins per contract; Contractor is not liable for post-service hazards.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS: Customers must mark obstacles and inform the Contractor of hazards.
EMERGENCY SERVICES: After-hours services may incur premium rates.
CHANGE ORDERS: Additional work will be billed accordingly.
LIABILITY: Contractor is insured and not liable for pre-existing damage.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: Acceptance of an estimate confirms agreement to these Terms of Service.
